Workshop issue

Leveraging a combination of musical theatre, personal life experiences, actual psychology, and a self reflection exercise, we’ll playfully learn to identify impostor syndrome and some techniques for quieting the voice in your head that continuously tells you think’s like “who do you think you’re kidding?”, “you’ll look like a fool”, or “no matter how hard you try you’ll never be good enough”. Spoiler: those voices are wrong and you should stop listening to them.
Session activity: Exercise to identify a moment of impostor syndrome and logical steps to prove the voices in your head are wrong.
  • Intended Audience: Anyone
